This past week marks 53 years since the Supreme Court overturned laws banning interacial marriages. ⠀

Loving Day commemorates the 1967 Loving v. Virginia Supreme Court case that declared all laws against in*******al marriage unconstitutional in the United States.⠀

This past week, I have been doing a lot of listening, learning and reflecting regarding the racism and injustice that has been happening in our country.

I have been struggling to find the words. And so I lean on those whose words have captured my heart and inspired me to take action.

Pope Francis put it best saying,

"We cannot tolerate or turn a blind eye to racism and exclusion in any form and yet claim to defend the sacredness of every human life."
