We’re Hiring: Event Facilitator

Are you passionate about creating seamless, engaging, and memorable experiences? We are looking for a dynamic Event Facilitator to join our team and help coordinate and manage events with ease and professionalism.

Job Title: Event Facilitator
Location: Mostly Greene County
Job Type: As needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and facilitate events from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and the internal team to ensure event success.
Manage event logistics, schedules, and troubleshooting during events.
Engage participants, create an interactive environment, and maintain smooth flow throughout the event.
Provide post-event feedback and evaluation to improve future events.

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in event planning, facilitation, or management.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Comfortable with public speaking and leading groups.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

⭐️⭐️2025 FOOD TRUCK AND VENDOR REGISTRATION IS OPEN⭐️⭐️

Registration for the 2025 season is open and ready. We are fully booked for the first rally of the season for food trucks but the rest of the season still has availability.

The rally will be held every Friday from April - August. We will hold one rally the 4th Friday in September and October. Rallies will still be from 4-8pm at the bike hub.

Xenia Community 🙌

The city of Xenia invites you to the annual “Christmas Station” event on December 6th from 4-9pm. The event will be held downtown and the bike hub.

MadCab Events is elated to host the food truck portion of this event.

This event will include free visits with Santa, children’s craft stations, live music, high school band and choir, carriage rides, and a merchant market.

Food trucks will be located on Detroit St and in front of the Eavey Building.
