Community spirit Monday! Volunteers Paul Mikkelsen and Peter Oliver have been working away through this heat with our builder Mali to fix a few parts of our beautiful tent! A big thanks to the Men’s Shed of Wynnum for helping us weld some bits and pieces, and Lewis Steel and Fabrication for donating some materials.

Thanks also Melissa Champley, Melissa Webster, Debbie Mann, Katie Bell, Charlotte Poynton, Francine Rigby, Mary-Ann Rigby, Stephanie Oliver, Jasmine Straga & Bel Ellis for various jobs over the last few weeks!

Take a look at this time last month! Our team, together with Joan Pease MP and Margaret Vote from Raine & Horne Wynnum Manly, collected the keys and officially declared Wynnum and Augathella as sister suburbs! 🗝️🌟

A huge thank you to Mayor Shaun 'Zoro' Radnedge, Cr Teri Sommerfield, and the Murweh Shire Council for their support in reviving this venue. From city lights to country nights, and bush to bay, our connection is stronger than ever.

Day 3 Update - The ‘King Pole’ is down! 👑

The main structure of the spiegeltent is down, and work commences on deconstructing the floor and foyer area. 🛠️🎪

The teamwork has been rock solid, and it’s not long now until the tent arrives in Wynnum and restoration begins… 🎉
