As leaders of our family we have decided to be like the springs in this seesaw.

If you barely push on the spring with your hands, it doesn’t budge or flex. It’s firm. It’s solid and it’s stable.

With enough force and pressure, the spring will bend, but it doesn’t break. It always bounces back.

Does the spring return to its original condition? Perhaps not. It may now have a little wear and tear. Some lessons learned and new insights gained.

Although it may not return to its original condition, it always returns to its original upright position.

It’s firm. It’s solid and it’s stable.
