This evening at Kel Lee's Entertainment Company Weekly Wednesday Trivia at Hillside Public House at Doneckers we had a nice turnout and the winner was " Win Or Booze " with 2nd going to "The Bar Team ". Tina is on a roll and seems to have fallen in love with that trophy :) . Also thanks to the team from Berks County for coming back again this week, they might be hooked. I am here every Wednesday at 6:30, see you next week.

BECAUSE PEOPLE WANT TO KNOW:
1. Trivia will happen tomorrow ( Halloween ) at American Legion Post 429 as normal, feel free to dress up ( as me or anything else you might want ) but it is not required, I'll probably be dressed up as me as well.
2. Trivia will happen next Tuesday on election day as normal at Big Dog Craft Brewing. Get your voting done before 6:30. SIDE NOTE: If I happen to get enough write in votes to win the election a small victory party will happen following trivia :)

An idea to my portfolio in addition to my trivia events. " Fun With 4 Play ". I basically would be like an old late night FM radio DJ, no fancy lights or mixing equipment just a laptop loaded with songs, a mic and speaker. The idea of the "4 play" would be sets of songs in 4 play style each ( maybe 10 sets per event, 40 total songs give or take like a 2 to 2.5 hour event ) being a different theme. Think a 4 song set of Tom Petty's Damn The Torpedo album, then a 4 song set of bands that start with a "C" then a 4 song set of number one songs from 1983, then a 4 song set of less famous songs from The Eagles etc. Each event would be different and random unless a theme was requested. I would introduce the genre of each set and read the playlist ( Song title, band name, etc ) then play the 4 songs non stop, repeat that 8 or 9 more times. You could dance if you wanted or just kick back and enjoy the music not really knowing what might come next. You could show up and leave whenever just like a band or real DJ. It would be a neat way to either hear some songs you never did or maybe hear songs you liked but forgot about over the years. Thoughts?????

Kel Lee's Entertainment Company remaining trivia events at Lebanon Valley Craft Brewery for 2024 ( Brand New Schedule for 2025 Coming Up ) Saturday and Sunday the brewery opens at 9:00 for breakfast join us for the Saturday Breakfast Trivia dates at 10:00 as well as Sundays at 2:00. All are free and family friendly.

This evening at Kel Lee's Entertainment Company Weekly Thursday Trivia at American Legion Post 429 we had an average crowd and the winner, and a part of history in a 4 team fly off ( video posted earlier ) for the win was " The Mechanic Street Misfits " they ended regulation tied with " The Lab Rats" "Low Expectations" and "Nittany Nerds " and thanks to the piloting skills of Caleb Haws they ended a long drought and got their picture with the trophy. I am here every Thursday at 6:30 and we DO have trivia next week on Halloween, feel free to dress up but it is certainly not required.

This evening at Kel Lee's Entertainment Company Weekly Wednesday Trivia at Hillside Public House at Doneckers we had an average turnout and the winner was " Win Or Booze " as Tina is becoming a trivia dynasty. 2nd went to " Elder Millennials " . SIDE NOTE 1: Shout out to Seppo Helander and Jean Helander who drove home from vacation 6 hours from Charleston WV and came straight to trivia rather than stopping at home first. SIDE NOTE 2: Shout out to Christopher Sweigart, his wife and a gang from Berks County for coming up and playing trivia, they said they are tired of all the cheating that goes on other places, no cheating here cause we got no prizes :) . Hope to see them make the trip more often. I am here every Wednesday at 6:30.

This evening at Kel Lee's Entertainment Company Weekly Thursday Trivia at American Legion Post 429 we had a nice gathering. The winner was " Low Expectations " and Theresa Cummings left Kelly Cummings hold the trophy since it was her birthday. Tie for 2nd were " Gail & The Gang " and " Mechanic Street Misfits". Thanks as always for coming out and joining in, it happens every Thursday at 6:30.

I don't know how many times I have been told I could pass for Kruk at trivia places, some people even got their pic with me because of it. If only I had his money and could do color for the Phillies :) . Maybe l'll have to get a Phillies uniform and be Kruk for Halloween LOL
