Chili Crisp is a pretty common ingredient in Asian grocers. It looks wicked spicy but really isn’t; it’s loaded with fried garlic, shallots, and black beans. We’re pairing it with cherries for these succulent pork belly bites!
Sauce: enough for one half pork belly.
Chili Crisp 3/8 cup
Chopped cherry pie filling 1/2 cup
Apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp
Honey 1/4 cup
Salt 2 tsp
Bbq sauce 1/4 cup

🥃 Salted Caramel Whiskey-glazed chicken wings!
This special edition Last Mountain Distillery whiskey has been great on ice, but I had bigger plans 😀
Wings cooked on DrumBo with the sweet smoke of peach wood.
Season wings; and while they’re smokin’: mix up the glaze in a saucepan.
1. 1.5 cups of salted caramel whiskey - add this first and simmer until the liquid is reduced by 80%.
2. Whisk in the following:
1 cup brown sugar lightly packed
0.25 cup honey
1 TBSP sweet BBQ rub
1 Tsp mustard
🐔 Once your wings are crispy and reach an IT of 180°, remove from the smoker and toss with glaze.
