I briefly mentioned it a few weeks ago, but Skapandi Events is hiring. Extremely part time right now. As we continue to grow, so will the positions. Get on board now!

One position all year long with two weeks off in October, November and December

Admin assistant- Google Business interface
*starts at $15-$20/hr between 10-20 hours a month. Hours fluctuate between the end of April through the end of September for fest season.
* Make your own schedule as long as you submit your hours on time and complete deadlines. W2 employee unless otherwise agreed upon for 1099.
Deadline for applying May 31 2024

Market Admin- Contract 1099 or W2 $15-$20 an hour for approved hours and making deadlines, will require a weekly and event update on consumer reach.
Company design and image, advertising and processing. Promoting Skapandi Events online and at events! promote our community, our outreach, festival program and festivals! Deadline for applying May 31 2024.

Company Ambassadors- contract 1099 per assignment.
Promoting Skapandi Events and festivals! Going to an event already? Want your vending booth paid for? Take Skapandi Events flyers, contact information and photo binder with you and promote our community, our outreach festival program and festivals! Deadline for applying one month before event of assignment request. Flexibility for late posting for May and June Events. Free Admission to running the Skapandi Events booth at Skapandi Events.

Program Organizers- Contract 1099- will be in case by case basis per festival. * Free admission** staff meals** pay will increase or decrease upon attendance. Roles of Program Organizer: Volunteer Organizer, Track coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator, Safety Coordinator (Safety will require updated BLS certification or above). Free admission to fest, meals and glory! Program organizers must comply with Skapandi Events instructions. Deadline for applying May 31 2024

Festival Planning Internship:
May 31 through December 2024 season
April through end of October - for the 2025 season
upon graduating from Internship (completing all milestones, applied knowledge and training) Skapandi Events will invest in your Festival or event Journey to get you started! (Conditions for investing will be discussed in great detail before acceptance of application. ) Must be available for N.E.R.F 2024 and August 22-August 25, October 25-27th, must be able to camp at all events.

Skapandi Events is working some majick. Skapandi currently has two festivals Community Unity Festival and Northern European Religions Festival. We are aiming to add a few more. Every new festival takes funds to get past the start up. CUF and NERF do well to support themselves, they are established. The more funds that are raised for any of them, the more we can do. The bigger the budget for paying performers such as our special performance at Community Unity Festival. We had an attendee approach us at the end of CUF and suggested that we reach out to the community to raise funds for the many ideas that we have to come.

So here we are putting this to the community. This is a grassroots startup for three new festival opportunities. We know that giving funds is a chance for startup, both the organizers and the attendee. What we are offering is this. For every $30 that you donate, you can have one general admission for any Skapandi Event after August 2023. If we are able to raise $750-$1500 we will be holding up to 5 festivals next year including CUF, NERF, and 3 more. This year we are aiming to have a Fall Harvest festival. Once we raise the land fees of $250-$500 we can get put on the calendar and offer this. We will make the announcement and open up. We will be looking for mediums, readers, and rituals hosts.

Answering common questions.

*What is VIP package?
You have the option to camp in 18+camping as long as you do not have anyone under the age of 18 camping with you. You get VIP parking, and extra day, which is the block party, swag bag and raffle tickets.

*You can still get vip tickets with children with you, but you cannot camp in 18+ VIP camping. This means you can come the extra day and get the swag bag, vip parking.

*Yes you can get a vip upgrade, even after getting general admission ticket, just message us.

*Private Portajohns are available for rent for $110.

*yes camping is free with admission. But you have every right to accommodate lodging else where if you choose.

*camping is primitive camping, with hot and cold water offerings, and electric available for those with a medical need.

*RV space is available.

*Yes we have a festival packed full of children's activities.

* Yes POC is not only welcomed they are encouraged, along with any gender or lack of. We don't judge, it's not our place to, and we have security and an intolerance of those who make issue.

* If you cannot afford to attend, message us, we have options.
