MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! 🎅🍒🎄
I know it’s been a hot minute since I’ve been around here but I would just like to take some time to send you some Christmas cheer and thank you all for your continual support this year.

It was very different not having to bake dozens and dozens of Christmas cupcakes yesterday but as you can see, I have still been busy for my family and friends 😋🤭 (aren’t they lucky!!)

Thank you to those of you who have written in to say hi and check in, it’s been lovely hearing from you. At this point, we are still closed indefinitely but will be sure to let you all know if anything changes in the new year.

For now- enjoy some pics of some long awaited BWL creations… It seems like the Christmas wreath was the theme this year!

• UPDATES •‼️

Hello Baking with Loz community!

My goodness, it has been a crazy year and doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. That in mind, we have some updates for you heading into the second half of 2023.

I have been offered a new career opportunity which was too good to refuse, meaning we are unfortunately closing all bookings and orders indefinitely while we navigate this change. It has been a huge decision which I have not taken lightly; however, this opportunity along with the ongoing struggles of inflation and current market climate has led me to this decision.

I would like to thank you all so much for your support, feedback and friendship over the past couple of years…we managed to get through covid, big changes to gluten-free baking and navigated around many of my own personal issues and for this, I am forever grateful!

Customers that have orders impacted by this should have heard from me- if not, please reach out asap.

Rest assured, this isn’t goodbye to BWL forever, just for now. We still have so many photos to share with you and will continue to do so across our socials, so follow along and stay in touch! I’m sure we will be back baking all your favourite things soon 🩷

Thank you all for your patience whilst we were away, everyone has now been responded to and admin is all up to date. If you are still waiting to hear from us, please reach out.

This year has been absolutely non-stop crazy and we are away again for the long weekend so no orders are open for the coming week- apologies to you for the inconvenience.

Also to note: the past week has opened up some new and exciting opportunities for me on the career front which may result in changes to our BWL availability and schedule for the rest of the year- I will keep you all posted on this asap! 🫶🏼

S I X T Y 🌸🫶🏼
Yesterday we celebrated 60 special years of the best person ever, my mum Maria Goffredo

Mum is a gentle soul, a kind heart and definitely one of the sexiest sixties I know! 😍
When I was little, mum would pick me up from school; I’d always be in a rush to go put my pjs on and then we’d watch sbs food cooking shows and cook dinner together for hours, learning all the new tips and tricks in the kitchen. Most of what I know and bring to you all stems from her and for that, I am forever grateful.

Happy birthday for Wednesday mamma, we love you! 💖

A long time in the making 🤣 who can believe we’re at May already!!

Just a reminder: there will be no tasting box for May due to the release of our Mother’s Day range and….we are off on HOLIDAYS!! 🏝️

The details:
* Singular cupcake gift box $10 each- individually boxed cupcake of your choice (see options below) adorned with fresh flowers and topped with gold leaf and luxe sprinkle blend. Finished with coloured ribbon and Mother’s Day tag.

* 6pk cupcake box $35 each - a trio of each of our Mother’s Day cupcakes (see flavours below), finished with our deluxe piping, gold leaf, lustre dust and sprinkles. Fresh flowers on half.

Collection will be on Saturday 13th May 2023 before 12pm from our Modbury location.

Anna and Adam are not only long-time BWL customers, but they are some of the best friends you’ll ever have! When they asked me to come out of cake retirement and bake their wedding cake, I couldn’t turn down the honour!
