We were SO excited when we received the news that we were selected amongst the countries best planners for the list 2024.

With over 40,000 nominations on their post, we are blown away that we were selected among the best. None of this is possible without the incredible talent of the vendor teams we collaborate with. Working with companies and individuals who partner with us to truly go above and beyond for our clients is the reason we are happily entering our 12th season as a company.

In fact, we have our first wedding of the season this weekend so this feels like the perfect way to kick off 2024.

She and Sam chose one of our very favorite venues, , for their wedding venue because it felt “organic and earthy”.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
HP is a favorite of ours because it’s such a transformative space. We have designed many events here ranging from organic + earthy, clean + classic, modern + edgy, elegant + glamorous, and warm + cozy.

While we do not have a signature style that we apply to all of our events, we do have a signature APPROACH that envelopes seamless logistics + planning, curation of the wedding aesthetic, and flawless event ex*****on. 🤎

Rachael + Jack were married on a private estate in Westport Island, Maine in the peak of summer.

They knew they wanted an “elevated, coastal affair with stunning design, dreamy lighting, and an adventurous backdrop.” ⬅️ *took that straight from their design questionnaire that they filled out during the first week of working together!*

The attire for the affair was Formal Garden Party. Rachael explained on their wedding website “think fun bright colors, prints and patterns - an elevated backyard soiree!”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m so excited to share all of the beauty + adventure from their day. I think you’ll see that their vendor team absolutely helped their vision come to life. ♥️

This weekend was incredible!

Jill + Reed hired us 12 weeks ago to plan, design, and execute their wedding at .

Our bride had a very clear vision of what she liked which was key to a successful planning + design process since we were on an expedited schedule.

She and I had a showroom visit to to pick linens and tabletop items, enjoyed a great tasting from , had multiple calls + design meetings with , and worked with for all day of design stationery.

She trusted the process, hired an incredible vendor team, and she, along with her now husband and all of her loved ones were able to enjoy their wedding to the fullest!

To celebrate weddings being back and in full force, I wanted to share one of my very favorite weddings that took place in Summer of 2018.

T+B hired us to plan and design their entire destination weekend in the mountains of Maine.

We planned a beautiful and relaxed welcome dinner for all of their guests at , their wedding day at and finished the weekend back at with brunch and lawn games.

The best part about this business, is the relationships I make - not only with my vendors friends - but the lifelong friendships that are created with my couples. 💛

Triple header wedding week!

We have THREE events this coming weekend (all of which are 2020 postponements) and I am beyond excited.

I have been working with these 3 amazing couples since Summer of 2019. All 3 had original dates in June 2020. Two of the three postponed to Fall of 2020 (remember when we thought Covid would be gone in three weeks?) only to all postpone again to June 2021.

Well,

So much time, energy, thought, planning, replanning, and redesigning went into each of these events and I am so excited to share all of the details this week.

So thankful for all of the vendors (almost 60 total!) and to my NME team who’s helping make this all possible. 💕

Let’s Party Like It’s 2021!

In case you’ve missed the recent news, last week Maine released the latest guidelines surrounding weddings.

Starting March 26th:
Indoor Capacity - 50%
Outdoor Capacity - 100%

Starting May 24th:
Indoor Capacity - 75%
Outdoor Capacity - 100%

Social Distancing + Masks still currently required with more details being released shortly.

BEFORE adjusting your new guest count, be sure to create a new floor plan taking the guidelines into consideration (tables of 8 people 6’ apart for Maine and tables of 6 people 6’ apart for NH).

Just because your venue CAN hold 200 people, which means the 50% capacity number is 100, does NOT mean you can invite 100 to the wedding. Based on the floor plan and distancing between tables, you may only have room for 75 people.

This also applies to tented weddings! Because of the distancing, a larger tent is needed to accommodate the same number of people.

If you need help, please reach out. My team and I can help create a new floor plan for you that accommodates the regulations so you know how many guests you can invite (and we’ll make sure it’s beautiful and has a great guest flow, too)!
