We would like to thank everyone who donated to the provide flowers for Leonard's memorial.
The following items were sent to the funeral home and the remaining funds were donated to his family to put towards medical bills and other needs.

Today we mourn the loss of our beloved friend Leonard (Coach) Hill. Leonard was a great joy to know. Always a kind word, a smile, and although he didn't want to be an instructor, dance called to him and he answered. And did he dance!

Some losses seem to impact us greater than others and Leonard is one of those. There just seems to be so much that we didn't get to say to him and that one last dance that we didn't get to have.

Although we have been sheltered he made it part of his final journey to show up on the calls and share his loving spirit in spite of all he was going through. A divorce, cancer, sheltering in place...He fought a brave and gallant battle.

Our hearts go out to his family and to the dance family that also mourns him.

You've danced the final dance, stepping smoothly across into glory. We love you and will always cherish you and the moments we had with you.

Shhhh...You didn't hear this from me but Wed Dec 2 is Val's birthday!!shhh. She's keeping it lo-lo, but has said over and over again how she misses being able to celebrate with everyone this year. Students, dancers, and watchers were so much a part of the joy in her life.

SHHHHHhhh.... she doesn't know I'm doing this so it's going to be such a surprise! (and she's going to kill me-with kindness I hope)

We send our heartfelt sympathies and condolences to our brother and friend, Lawrence Butler and family, on the passing of his father. We know this is a difficult time for you and your family but want you to know you have our deepest sympathy, and we are here to extend our love to you in whatever way you need. There are never any words that are enough when there is great loss, but we hope it comforts you knowing your grief is shared by those of us who love you. May the Lord God be in the midst and comfort you with His love.
