“City Flats in Grand Rapids was perfect. I worked with Morgan through the whole process. Communication was great and thorough. Morgan worked with my budget and my none stop questions (even after the day of).

We had several emails and meetings in person to make sure we were on the same page. They nailed it all, my timeline went flawlessly. I felt like they truly cared that my wedding was perfect. I found the tasting before the wedding great; it helped us settle our menu. Day of the food was great! I have had several guests complement our menu.

Our guests have not stopped raving on the venue itself. Everyone thought it was beautiful and guest noticed the timing for everything was perfect.Bridal suite is a great addition! I had very few issues and every single one Morgan solved. She was great. The venue made for a great background for our photos (the stairs, mirrors, rooftop, hotel room and bridal suite).
