A sneak peak from a wedding a few weeks ago at the newly opened venue, Madewell Estates in Lubbock, TX.
Everybody loves a little drone footage every now and then!
HOWEVER, drone footage can never be guaranteed.
A few factors go into being able to fly a drone.
1. Weather - as long as there's good weather l, flying should be easy! Fast winds, rain, lightning, (this is Texas, so I'm not gonna say snow 😂) can all affect flying.
2. No fly zones - depending on the venue location, it may not even be possible to fly. If the venue is close to an airport, then that will factor into safely flying, not just for the drone pilot but also for the REAL pilot and their passengers/cargo.
3. Venue Restrictions - sometimes venues don't allow drones and we have to respect their rules.
I'd say these are the biggest factors to keep in mind when hiring your wedding videographer and you want drone footage!
