I’m Lucy Smith of Colorful Kingdom Entertainment (est. 2014). I offer face painting along with optional services of glitter & temporary tattoos and simple balloon sculptures. I have a background as an art teacher and I love to work with kids! No matter what kind of event you have, I can adapt to your specifications. Birthday girl is obsessed with Elsa? I love painting Disney Princesses! No problem
