Hi Friends,

We wanted to let you know that due to the weather, even though there isn’t much snow the slush is icy and slippery. The Unitarian Universalist church has informed us that the building will not be open and that all programming is cancelled today. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will look to schedule a sound meditation in PeaceDale this Spring and will keep you posted with the date.

We will be offering a sound meditation event at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of South County, 27 North Road, Peace Dale, RI 02879 on Sunday, November 19th from 4:00 – 5:30pm.
We encourage you to dress comfortably and feel free to bring a mat, thick blankets and/or pillows, in order to lay comfortably on the floor for a period of time. If you prefer to sit, there are padded chairs available.
Moving towards the longest night of the year, this event is an opportunity to slow down, rest and reflect as we attune to the resonant instruments. This will be our last sound meditation in 2023, so we hope that you can join us on 11/19.

Join us Saturday June 24th from 3:30-5pm at the Tiverton Four Corners Art Center Meeting House to experience the subtle and expansive sounds of gongs, crystal bowls and assorted resonant instruments. This sound experience is an opportunity to cultivate enhanced awareness and harmony as we move into deeper connection with ourselves and the greater whole. To begin there will be a short very basic yoga practice to enhance ease in the body and then a guided relaxation to lead into the sound meditation.
So that we can prepare the room, advance ticket purchase encouraged but cash & check accepted at the door.
When: Sat. June 24th 3:30-5:00pm

Come and join a Sound Journey of the Gongs and other instruments to tune your physical, emotional and spiritual body to a higher resonance.
Kevin is looking forward to the opportunity to collaborate with our friend Barbara Barlow for this special journey at Common Fence Point Community Center (CFPCC) in Portsmouth, RI this Sunday at 6:30pm. This venue is a large indoor space and so there will be plenty of room to spread out. Please feel free to bring a mat, blanket or pillow to make yourself comfortable.

We invite you to join us at noon on Sunday, September 25th for the Intention Fest at the Saugatucket Veteran's Memorial Park in Wakefield. We will be playing a sound meditation to open this free festival celebrating wellness and peace. Listen from the stage or practice a mindful walk for peace around the park's path while the gongs are playing. There will be some chairs available near the stage. However, we suggest that you bring your own seating for your comfort.

Spring greetings Friends,
On Sunday, May 15th we will be playing a Sound Meditation from 4:30-6:00pm in the sanctuary at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of South County, 27 North Road, Wakefield, RI.
Join us to attune as we celebrate together this Full Flower Moon and total lunar eclipse. The Sounds of Harmony program uses the subtle and expansive sounds of gongs, crystal bowls and assorted resonant instruments to facilitate relaxation, presence, harmony, and rejuvenation. Please feel free to bring a mat, blanket or pillow to make yourself comfortable ~ if you would like to lay on the floor. The COVID policy at UUCSC is that wearing masks are required.

Kevin and I drove out west a few weeks ago and made a stop at the Memphis Gong Chamber to take a sound journey. This 80” inch gong sounded amazing! It was an inspiring experience 🎶 Stay tuned for information about our next sound meditation in PeaceDale on Sun, May 15th.
