We want to warn everyone that egg prices are going to go up. We also want to warn everyone that having chickens will not make it cheaper.

Coops are about $400 average
Bedding $8 to $13 a bag
Food is anywhere from $16 to $24 a bag and it really doesn’t last that long as chickens eat a lot.
Also chickens love destroying their eggs and eating them.
In the long run it’s not worth it.

However we do strongly request you buy eggs from local farmers and not big box chain stores. Local farmers usually have their birds in pastures and happy and laying amazing eggs. Many farmers try and sell their eggs but people won’t buy them because it’s more convenient to go to a store.

🚨Alert 🚨
We’ve been monitoring the avian flu epidemic in the valley and have decided to currently close all aviary exhibits for walk in entry. This includes our orchard area and the pasture with our emus. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Our animals safety and livelihoods are what come first.
We still will have tours open and you can still enjoy the birds through the fences during your visit.

We want to assure the public that our birds do not currently have avian flu and these are precautionary measures.

We will post updates as we navigate this current situation.

We want to welcome our newest female Angolan Python “Greek”

We currently have a male named “Roman” which many people have seen especially if you have gone a tour with us. We are excited to have a Female so we can start this breeding project in a few years. Very exciting!

Hey everyone we would like to announce that we are completely booked every Saturday for Mobile Reptile shows until Christmas. We only have Sunday December 15th open if you are wanting a weekend day.

Weekday evenings are still open.

We are open for tours though! To book a tour you must email us to confirm a date and a time for booking. The best time to see the animals is currently 12pm to 3 pm.

We hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. We will start booking for next year in December.

Everyone this gecko is huge!!!

This is a leachianus gecko. This ones name is “Snail”.

These geckos can easily get the size of someone’s forearm and are very clingy.
They are from the jungles of New Caledonia.
