✨ A Sacred Pause ✨

Dear Sukha family,

We are taking a gentle step back as Sukha Sanctuary enters a sacred pause.

Our retreats will return in 2026, but until then, we’re honouring the call to focus on our own personal projects, healing, and growth.

Sukha has always been about heart-led connection, and this pause is part of that journey. Creating space to rest, integrate, and realign.

Thank you for walking alongside us so far. We can’t wait to welcome you back when the time is right. Until then, may you find your own pockets of Sukha (ease, joy, bliss) in everyday life. 💛

We’re reaching out with open hearts and a message that we’ve had to sit with for some time.

After holding hope and exploring every avenue, we’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to cancel our upcoming residential retreat. Unfortunately, we haven’t reached the minimum number of participants needed to make the retreat not only viable, but aligned with the depth, quality, and sacred intention that these spaces are built upon.

While we’re deeply disappointed not to gather this time, we know that everything happens in perfect timing—and we trust that something even more aligned is on its way.

From our hearts, thank you. Thank you for believing in what we do. Thank you for choosing to invest in yourself. And thank you for being part of the Sukha Sanctuary circle — even if we didn’t get to share this particular experience together.

Sukha Sanctuary still stands strong, and our vision burns brighter than ever. This isn’t the end—it’s a gentle pause. We’re taking this moment to breathe, reimagine, and come back even stronger, with more intention, more magic, and more of what truly matters.
