We all have some capability to live a truly meaningful life, one of the most important elements is how we spend our time. Every day, every morning, every breath.
Sometimes life can feel like it's draining away and the days go by and nothing happens. Sometimes the days fly by and you feel like you have no control. Balance is key, will one ever have a balanced life? With daily and conscious effort for sure. Eventually, somehow.
One of the best ways of honouring life on this earth is shape ones morning into a stepping stone to success. It has been said by many that
"Conquer your morning, conquer your day, week , year and life"
I do believe in this concept and from a personal experience it works. The almost magical thing is that it just needs to be ONE thing that you do in the morning that projects you in the right direction. For me it is taking a morning walk, no matter how short or long.
��Eventually you can add things in your morning routine (that preferable does not take hours, because most of us do not have that time.) to increase your sense of wellbeing, clarity & purpose. Such activities could be reading, journaling, meditation, exercise and so on.
From a personal perspective I do feel much better when I have a clear purpose, a well defined goal and what not in life.
After deciding to quit/take a break from my biggest passion som years ago I’ve felt lost like never before.
Sometimes you don’t need to know where you are going, as long as you can feel you are going in the right direction. At least that is how I feel now. Sure I have an old dream, but it seems further away than ever.��
Only you can change your life, others may light the way and give council. But in the end you are the one that’s gotta walk the steps.�
