It’s good be doing buffets again and boy have we been busy this last few weeks.

So we thought it would be a good idea to let you know where we buy our bread etc from

We order in freshly baked bread & mini bridge rolls from Waltons on the day of the buffet so they are still warm when we get them. 👌
We get all our meats & scotch eggs from either Walls butchers or Francis butchers.
We only use butter in all buffet sandwiches.
We make all our own quiche, coleslaw and all the pasta and rice sauces.
We use Clun free range eggs.
This is just a small selection of what we do.

Today we have two large buffets to prepare for. We didn’t manage to take photos of all the quiche (20 in total all freshly made ) or sausage rolls however we have plenty photos of cake and sandwiches. One buffet for 100 &the other for 200. Just have to deliver them now. 😃😝

A finger buffet for 120 people. All mini cakes and biscuits homemade, sponge cakes, shortbread biscuits, brownies and Viennese whirls. Freshly made quiche & cooked sausage rolls & local baked bread plus all meats from our local Francis butchers.

A lovely venue for an afternoon tea wedding party. Using their vintage crockery in a lovely marquee in their garden. What a beautiful setting.
300 bridge rolls & 400 mini cakes served with tea & coffee.

We can cater for any size buffet. We make all the mini cakes and scones. Viennese whirls seem to be a big hit. New to the list is our raspberry, almond & white chocolate tart. All quiche are freshly made to order. Scotch eggs are from our local Francis butchers and freshly baked bread from Waltons the bakers. PM if you would like to find out more. X

We catered for an evening wedding buffet yesterday. Too busy to take many phots.
First one is our homemade cheese and onion rolls.
All other photos are how we delivered the buffet, all fully wrapped until needed.

A buffet for a Wake for 80 people today.
This was a drop and leave finger buffet and mini cake selection. All local produce where possible, bread from Waltons, all meats from Francis butchers. Quiche and cakes all made in our kitchen.

Two buffets made and delivered today. One for 100 and a small one for 15. Both local. Local Waltons bakers fresh bread, cooked meats & scotch eggs from Francis butchers. All cakes and scones homemade by us. 🤣

A buffet for 75 people this evening. Tomato, pepper & pesto pasta. Quiche Lorraine & double cheese quiche. Mixed vegetable rice dish. Salad bowls. Freshly baked sausage rolls. A large verity of sandwiches & bridge rolls. A selection of local breads plus a lovely platter of local meats.
