Was an honor to cater the TAC Celebration in Atlin last weekend. Thank you for allowing us to be part of such an important celebration!
Appies included:
Whipped feta with smoked salmon and sundried tomato on a cucumber round.
Corn Fritters with a smoked homey aoli
Bacon and onion puff pastry pinwheels
Multiple charcuterie platters along with candied arctic char and smoked salmon.
Dinner was 3 courses:
Pickled beet and spinach salad with apple and candied pecans
Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast with wild rice pilaf and roasted spring vegetable
Haskap berry pudding cake.
