On the menu: Cajun baked cod with a garden salad

Cod
Oil
Salt
Lemon pepper seasoning
Smoked paprika
Old Bay seasoning
Butter

Rinse fish and pat dry. Drizzle with oil adding seasonings and rubbing in gently but making sure it’s coated.

Bake uncovered for 10 mins on 400° then adding 4 -5 small squares of butter on top of fish cooking for another 5 mins letting the butter melt

Take out the oven, spooning the melted butter over the fish and enjoy!!!

How it began........

A little over two years ago this beautiful woman I like to call mom, passed away and I had been having a very tough time getting my footing back under me and understanding where I fit in this world without her. I asked the Lord to help me find my way and I heard my mothers voice saying “Mmhmm , that tastes good right there Chedia!” And So Che’sCooking was birthed! My gift of service and love of cooking and many many memories of breaking bread with my momma have propelled my forward to share that love and passion with you!
