Chef’s day off. There is only one thing to do …. Practice, Perfect and Improve. Chef took the “old school” Steak Diane and added a twist- brown butter! Oh Yes! This in some iteration will be on the new menus!

We always love the good reviews and feedback but who says catering isn't eventful? An accident knocked out power to the house for the entirety of the event....we were still able to execute a hot taco bar!

We spend so much time describing what we do but don't say what we don't do. Well we don't nickel and dime you ! We don't charge extra for cake cutting nor do we upcharge for meals to address your guests allergies. We think that that is just good public health and great hospitality!!!!
