✨ FIRST FEATURED GUEST ANNOUNCEMENT!! - DJ Pleasant and DJ Appare from AniParty!! 🎉😎🎧

AniParty is the premier U.S. anime song (anisong) DJ club event which draws influence from the “anikura” subculture of music nightclub event. Anikura centers around the “A-POP” genre of music, which is an eclectic fusion of anime songs (OPs, EDs, and insert songs to anime series’, video games , and visual novels), otaku-centric J-Pop, J-idol music, and popular fan-created works such as Vocaloid and Touhou. The goal of AniParty is to create an authentic, faithful anikura experience for North American fans of anime, anisong, J-Pop, and J-idol culture.

AniParty actually has several DJ's, but we'll be featuring two of them during our showcase! Each of them will be showing their awesome DJ talents by doing a short music set filled with anime songs you will surely recognize and want to dance to! During their sets, we hope you, audience members, will get up and dance for a little change of pace! If you have penlights/light sticks/glowsticks, be sure to have them for this and for the dances during the showcase! 🎶

Anikura has seen a massive surge in popularity over the recent years with multiple events every weekend in nightclubs across all of Japan. The goal of AniParty is to create an authentic, faithful anikura experience for North American fans of anime, anisong, J-Pop, and J-idol culture.
