Bringing in July with the lovely Rachel & James . The Summer season is well underway and we've got some gorgeous weddings in the pipeline.

Before the madness of August, we're winding down this week as I'm off to Greece with the girls on Wednesday to celebrate our 30th's. It's a trip we've been planning for years and I can't wait to soak up the sun with them all, I don't think we've been together for such a long period of time since our uni days. So there's going to be lots of laughs 🤩💫.

Admin will be all caught up with by the end of tomorrow and we'll be back ready to smash the rest of wedding season on 15th July 💌💌💌.

So here's a little throwback to Becky's bouquets... Can't believe it's been 2 years since their beautiful June wedding ! The white, blue and touch of blush is such a dreamy combo, matched with a recipe of blousy romantic blooms, delicate filler and fragrant foliages - you can't go wrong 😍.

Monday is a reset day for us at HEF and during wedding season that usually involves clearing up from the previous weekends wedding and prepping for the next. We're back this Thursday for a gorgeous midweek wedding and we can't wait.

Love a detail shot 😍

Amy's shoes sitting pretty amongst a beautiful mixture of British stems from the lovely & some from a little further afield 🌸🌱.

Depending on the time of year and what's available, we often use a combination of British grown and stems imported from the Netherlands or Europe allowing us to get the best recipe for our lovely couples and ensuring your vision is brought to life.

We do our best to limit transport and air miles and always suggest seasonal alternatives to our bride & grooms. It's so lovely to see lots of couples opting for seasonal colour palettes over specific blooms now, it really doesn't have to mean you're limiting your vision, if anything it's a celebration of all the beautiful, wild and wonky stems that British and choosing seasonal offers.

We loved creating this muted colour palette with pops of brights - a great choice if you're struggling to make a decision between neutrals and vibrant colourways. Remember, your styling and stationery also elevates your colour palette and brings everything together. Here we used fresh fruit, muted tapers and accents of green & cream throughout the print. What a dream team 😍😍😍.

Rosie made the most beautiful bride. She opted for neutrals with flecks of dried for added texture. We chose delicate grasses with blousy Spring blooms, creating lots of bouncy, boppy bits 🌾.

A sunshine palette of hot pinks and corals for Nat & Ben.

We used a combination of low bowls & bud vases in addition to Nat's bridesmaid's bouquets - there was 8 in total so we wanted to ensure we utilised them from ceremony to reception, keeping them fresh in the process!

We love to repurpose our bouquets and always provide vases to display them during the reception. Whether that be as table centres, or as additional floral styling to your guest table, cake table or bar area.

Why not mix it up and use a combination of table centres to create an eclectic feel? Most importantly utilising your florals & investment.

Sometimes bud vases and chapel candles are all you need, especially in intimate ceremony rooms. We loved Holly & Matt's spring aisle, creating a meadow-esq walkway. We then transferred these to their sweet heart top table and round guest tables post ceremony.

We love a modular backdrop that can be utilised from ceremony to reception. Beth & Dan opted for stands that created a statement backdrop for their vows & then was easily dismantled post ceremony to style their wedding breakfast and reception.

The stands sat behind the top table and the meadow pieces by the cake. We always love to get the most from your flowers and will suggest ways of doing this during your consultation.
