INTRODUCTION
K-pop (Korean: 가요, Gayo) (an abbreviation of Korean pop or Korean popular music) is a musical genre consisting of pop, dance, electro pop, hip hop, rock, R&B, electronic music originating in South Korea. In addition to music, K-pop has grown into a popular subculture among teenagers and young adults around the world, resulting in widespread interest in
the fashion and style of Korean idol groups and singers. Through the presence of Facebook fan pages, availability on iTunes, Twitter profiles, and music videos on YouTube, the ability of K-pop to reach a previously inaccessible audience via the Internet is driving a paradigm shift in the exposure and popularity of the genre. South Korean popular culture is today serving as a major driver of youth culture all across the Pacific Rim, with special reference to China, Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam and Malaysia. Therefore, K-Pop Crazee Cover were created not just searching a great potential in Malaysian Youth, but to overlook rare talents which similar to South Korea’s Pop Idol. This will uncover the true reason of K-Pop fever in Malaysia. Meanwhile, this will be the answer on how to raise the local talents on-par with K-Pop Idol which really well known throughout the world. Requirement :
1. You can go by group / solo. Cover your favourite artist dance.
2. Malaysian Contestants : Need to come to preliminary round. Outsider Contestants :
If you can't come to preliminary round, you can upload your dance video on Youtube. (title : [HARI BELIA K-POP CRAZEE COVER] follow by name of your group name or your name & songs). Then, post your video link on our K-Pop Crazee Cover page on Facebook. (https://www.facebook.com/pages/K-Pop-Crazee-Cover/336413086420615)
3. After done with the registration & we confirm it, we will give you account number to bank in your registration fee. (Please refer to Rules & Regulation)
4. The 3 winners will have an EXCLUSIVE performance on the HIMPUNAN JUTAAN BELIA closing events. Registration : 23 April - 20 May 2012
