Well, this weekend did not go well. There was a very small crowd on Friday, and with the rain on Saturday, they canceled the event shortly after it opened up. So, I have lots of cooked brisket available for YOU! You can pick it up on or after the 16th.

Everything is vacuum sealed and frozen:

Whole Brisket 7+ pounds $135 - 4 available.
Chopped Brisket 4 pounds pouch $60 - 5 available.
Sausage 7 links per pack $10. - 6 available.

If you missed out last night on Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department Light Up the Lake event, you should join us tonight! We will have some our Brisket Mac N Cheese bowls, Chopped brisket sandwiches, and sausage on a stick! We are setup right by the main stage.
