This is so frustrating, as nag sisimula na florist. sana naman cino-consider na'tin ang pagod at effort ng pinabibilhan natin. to summarize the story, this particularly customer ordered a customized order. we agreed sa budget na 1,200. 1k raw para sa make up at 200 naman sa'kin and mind y'all ako lahat ang gagalaw. as in all those stuff, like buying for the products that they needed for the bouquet. i have no problem with that because that was my job naman. we bought all the products at the mall but before we bought the products (make up) i make sure na si customer is aware, as i bought all the products umabot halos ng "20 pcs" na make up with free bag ang napamili. in total, umabot sya ng "1,100" for all those stuff. again, i made sure na my customer is aware and it's fine lang daw, da-dagdagan nalang daw ng 100 pesos. to remind y'all, 'di ko na chinarge yung pamasahe or what, in total na nakuha ko sa pinagawa nyang bouquet and all ay 200 pesos. 200 pesos lang nakuha ko sa malaking bouquet na pina-customize nya, at hulugan nya pang binayaran yon ☹️ and the customer have the guts to tell me na lugi sya kasi raw na damage yung mga make up sa pag alis nila doon sa bouquet, in fact i was just securing their orders ☹️. nung sinisingil ko na sya they charged the gcash payment on me na 10 pesos, e responsibility nila yon because sila ang may kulang pa sa'kin. when in fact dapat binayaran nalang sana nila ng buo yung bouquet kasi ganon naman dapat. guys, wag naman sanang ganito. kahit na "customer is always right" sana naman wag tayong sumobra sa kapal.
