IMPORTANT: If you have canceled an event and had plans on rescheduling and using your deposit toward a future event, the rescheduled event will need to be booked for a date before December 31, 2023. The Fancy Place will not be available to be booked after that date. We are saddened by this news, but there are many exciting things to come. We thank each of you who has made this event space a place to host so many special occasions in your lives. 🫶🏻

Suggestions and recommendations for someone to paint the event space! It will require light patching due to damage from command strips, etc. Must have references and examples of previous work. VERY IMPORTANT.

No one is allowed in the main back of the event space. The double black doors are locked for your safety and our storage and there have been many instances where the doors have been forced open. If you need anything extra during your event (tables, chairs, etc) you can reach out and there will be no issue providing those. 😊
