Did you know DK has been in the king cake game for years? 🤗 Lately, I’ve noticed an increase in interest and new inquiries after my cakes made appearances at events and gatherings.

I love getting creative with flavors, crafting both savory and sweet king cakes. You can expect anything from crawfish bread to blueberry goat cheese! While I’m not taking orders at the moment, I want to thank everyone for all the support and love ❤️

A dessert table that could be the centerpiece of any event ✨ This display was so much fun to create! We added an array of sweet treats along with fresh grapes and strawberries to elevate the look.

An amazing ‘Holiday Hoedown’ at Matthew and Zak’s annual Christmas party! I love getting creative with the menu and made sure the spread was just as festive as it was delicious 😄

DK grazing tables take charcuterie to the next level 💫 Some elements I added to this spread included creamy brie topped with pecan whiskey praline sauce, homemade pickled blueberries, and vibrant purple and gold edible flowers, paying homage to the Tigers!

What an amazing night ❤️ I couldn't have done this alone. I first want to thank God for always being my guiding light and taking me to places I never knew I would reach.

I want to thank Chef C**t Patin and students, Hannah, Kenneth, and Kacie, from the Louisiana Culinary Institute for driving out to Covington to help me prepare dinner for over 100 guests.

I also want to thank Louisiana Cookin' Magazine, Southern Hotel, and Chef Alex Harrell for his hospitality and all the other chefs for their help during the dinner...Chelsea Girard, Desi Bourgeois, Ross Dover, Jeff Heard, and Michelle Huynh.

This night was nothing short of amazing. Thank you again to everyone who has supported me along the way!

Buffet style doesn't have to mean bland! I like to implement dynamic arrangements, like mixing buffet trays, wooden displays, and an eye-catching dessert stands with fresh fruit and flowers added to the table to further elevate the experience.
