As tempting as it looks, please folks, do not travel down to Wollongong in light of the restrictions to help us defeat COVID once and for all. 

Painful I know, how close we were to being arm in arm at 100% capacity Kogarah to kick off 20/21, but we do what we must and anticipate the day some day soon where we can get right back amidst the action.

Finally, we can safely say, it's derby week again.

A rollercoaster week - a Yokohama disaster, then the win up on the Coast sets us up for a Friday night thriller.

An event page will be created however with the game being on a Friday, we'll leave it up to you people heading in to decide the transport schedule that suits your day best. Bare in mind, however, that The Cove is encouraging that as many people get into the stadium as early as possible, to sing the boys through the warm up.

No excuses for missing this one. Final tickets are available online through Ticketek. Get your mates and get them in.

DERBY DAY HITS THE BEACHES

One derby canned, but surely not the other.

Off the back of the disappointment of last weekend's A-League Sydney Derby being postponed, we now turn our attention to the ladies' derby in the W-League, and once again we have a game right on our doorstep - this time, the most intriguing fixture of them all.

Saturday afternoon sees our birds in blue take on the women of Western Sydney at our very own Cromer Park. No need for any extra travel, just $9 tickets on eventopia.co for a 5pm local kick off and a quality afternoon of womens' football.

After a long few weeks away, the boys are back home - and it’s not just a big night for the men’s side.

Due to the Y-League Grand Final taking place at 4:30 between our young boys and Melbourne, we understand that there are many people viewing this page with many differentiating travel times based on their usual Friday commitments. We have left it up to you to find your own way, and to decide whether you can get to Jubilee for the Y-League final, or will only make the A-League encounter with Brisbane.

Kick off in that one is at 7:30. We’ll make an event page in conjunction with The Cove regardless so let us know if you’ll be there in the terraces!

Newy away, one of the best away trips in the country, is right around the corner! The potential postponement of the game has passed, and we’re set for a huge tie up in the Hunter tomorrow night.

Due to track work affecting the regular routes up the coast, The Cove has provided transport suggestions from Central to Broadmeadow, the stadium’s local station, as opposed to a regular direct Cove Express route. We’ve still put up an event page, and THE TIME OF THE EVENT WILL RUN FROM THE COVE’S EARLIEST TRANSPORT SUGGESTION, so get down to Central for one of the times advertised on The Cove official pages.

W-LEAGUE RETURNS TO THE BEACHES!

On Sunday arvo, our high flying W-League women return to Cromer Park!

Looking to replicate the on-the-pitch success (rather than the off-the-pitch lighting faults and weather stoppages) of the Adelaide fixture from last December, we'll be sure to be in attendance as our beloved club returns to the Beaches for another night.

As the majority of our audience should already know, The Cove were subject to some harsh mistreatment dilemmas and a rough afternoon away last Sunday down in Victoria, so the bounce back is due to be fervent and vocal.

Over the first few game days of the season it has become clear that we have gained an ever-growing following from the North Shore and the Forest district. In order to further pool all these Sky Blues faithful together for game day travels, a bus on the 280 route between Chatswood and Brookvale, passing through Frenchs Forest and Forestville, has been added to make the journey even more inclusive.

For those closer to the Beaches, a B-Line has been added as usual - aligning with our friends on the 280 route in order to get everyone together and create the match day buzz this page is intended for.

Keep your eyes peeled for the informational poster. In the mean time, get practising your Anti-Tard anthems and your Odes to May the Twelfth; another juicy Big Blue is right around the corner
