1. Come to your appointment with an open mind. We know Pinterest has TONS of photos and ideas but be sure to just be open to the idea of loving something you didn't think you would. ⁠

2. Make sure to be open to trying on every style just to be sure. So many times brides think they dislike a specific style but then try it on and it changes everything because .... well they love it!⁠

3. Don't make to many appointments. We see it all the time. It may sound super fun to go to 3 or 5 different places in a day or even a weekend but it can be so stressful. When brides have been to , too many places they tend to be exhausted, stressed and no longer enjoying the process because they have seen and tried on way to many dresses to remember even what they tried on before or liked/disliked. ⁠

4. Follow YOUR heart and feelings. If YOU love the dress then say YES to the dress. We know you want your whole group to love it but not everyone has the same taste and no matter how hard you try it just may not work that way. Which also gets to the point of bringing people you know want what YOU want. ⁠

Answer: NO! We recommend as soon as you have a venue, and date picked to start looking for your dress. Our gowns can take up to 8 months before alterations. Add alterations that is another 8 - 12 weeks on average. OH and if you want accessories those can take up to 2 months to arrive. Don't stress yourself out by waiting to long to find your perfect gown. The sooner you buy, the sooner your dress comes in and the sooner you can feel at ease knowing everything is perfect and just waiting for the big day!⁠
