For over a decade, I have worked in the wedding industry as a photographer, and had the privilege of documenting adventurous, exceptional couples, as they celebrate their marriage and take their relationships to deeper levels of commitment, exploration, and enduring love.

Now as a wedding celebrant I continue working seamlessly with my couples, seeking to tell the authentic story of a couple’s wedding day and the journey they took to get there.

Rita and Louis at The Grand Hotel Cap Ferrat

Its one of my favourite venues and this glamorous Riviera institution has the most incredible gardens, ocean views and the incredibly romantic beach for portraits. Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat is the epitome of French Riviera style, elegancy and glamour, if it were a person it might well be Grace Kelly.

The art of Sofreh. I love a Persian wedding and one of the most special aspects of an Iranian wedding is the sofreh aghd.

There are many symbolic items that make up the sofreh aghd spread, all of which represent an element of the couple’s new life and marriage together.

From the mirror that brings light and brightness, candles for energy and clarity, herbs and spices to guard against the evil eye, eggs for fertility, fruit for joy, holy book to symbolise Gods blessing, sweets and pastries for the sweetness of life, rose water to perfume the air and many more items depending on the couple.

All of these items are brought together in one spectacular and unique, elaborate and intricate design, I consider it a true art form and the designers artisans, this incredible sofreh aghd was designed and execute by The Wedding Planners of Monaco and N.E Design Studio at the legendary Villa Ephrussi on the French Riviera with florals by another Riviera legend Wayne Riley Flowers
