Hello, it’s me, hiding from the mammoth amount of admin, viewing enquiries, etc etc that come in at the same time as setting and coordinating weddings😅 it’s really hard to get back to people as quickly as I’d like because I’m focused the next / current event!! On top of this I’ve just submitted by final assignment for an 11 week course I’ve been doing (3 weeks to go!) which has been incredibly full on. Mix into that Rupert’s birthday, leaving drinks/dinners as I’m leaving my school after 4 years, holiday plans and life in general and it all gets a little 🤯😫😰 if you are waiting to hear from me, I’m having an admin catch up on Thursday as I’m coordinating a wedding tomorrow ❤️ send me a WhatsApp if it’s urgent. Yesterday was a lot of fun❤️ it started with decorating the marquee (wet weather back up plan) with Ash and his groomsmen, then deciding to go for it outdoors - which then led to me holding down a huge plastic sheet over the chairs in some heavy down pours with 😂 but then the sun came out (with only a few showers through the ceremony) and did the most perfect job of marrying Alice and Ash in the walled garden of ❤️

The whole day was filled with laughter, beautiful speeches, delicious food and great music✨

Was lovely to receive this message today -

Beth, we're just lying here talking about how AMAZING you were yesterday. You made it so that we had absolutely nothing to worry about and we were able to completely enjoy our day - even things I hadn't even thought of you were doing! So many of our guests commented on how lovely and helpful you were and it made me feel so relaxed just knowing you had it all under control! Thank you so much for more than helping us to have the absolute day of our dreams 💚

What a week we’ve had with Lennon and Charlie! With their friends and family, they have worked so hard to create the most fun festival inspired wedding weekend⚡️ all a bit blurry eyed now (and yet still having a day of competition ) but my goodness it was worth it💕 I loved chatting to them and their guests today about the highlights of which there were many… the emotion during the ceremony - especially Lennon’s poem , speeches, surprise singers which had everyone singing along to the classics and a special song sung by Charlie’s parents, delicious food - sharing boards and evening pizza, everyone on the dance floor getting down to some pop favs✨ It was a day filled with thought, love and care - described as perfect, hard to beat and above all nothing but fun🎉 all the supplier info coming when I’m slightly less tired!!

Lennon and Charlie nailed the ‘woodland disco’ festival wedding look⚡️⚡️⚡️ they had amazing suppliers but lots of DIY decor too - like mushroom lamps made using an 💕 Having a full week at The Barn meant the set up was fun and relaxed✨ we can’t wait to share more from and .the.sparks 🎉

So many great things to share about yesterdays wedding, but I’ll start with something I really loved - 🎨 this is such a beautiful and unique way to create a special keepsake of your day💕 Katy and Rich love sailing (one of the hundreds of things Katy and I realised we have in common) so chose this beautiful design⛵️I can’t wait to see it when the masking tape comes off! gets booked up fast so don’t delay booking⚡️

Thank you Kayley and Brad for having me as your wedding coordinator💕 it was so lovely reconnecting… from looking after you on the party bus to caring for you on your wedding day - I loved both so much because your smile and neon raver energy are infectious🧡 together you have the most gorgeous family - we’ve all grown up but so glad to see life is now different but certainly not boring🎉 it was the most perfect day - sunny weather, the dream team, great friends who serenaded Kayley in the most hilarious way, stunning setting and coolest tipi🏕 field weddings can come with their problems so I’m glad I was on hand to be able to solve them alongside Aimee from 💕

A few things to remember…
🍰 Always eat the cake!
📷You don’t have to have a photo cutting the cake if you don’t want to but make sure your photographer gets photos before it’s eaten!
🧁 Make a whole cake table for guests to help themselves to after the wedding breakfast.
🌸 Get your cake maker to collaborate with your florist!

Thinking about camping for your wedding guests? Why not consider some of the following options:
🏕 A pamper tent with mirrors and hairdryers
🍗 BYO BBQ on the Friday - you just provide the rolls / sauce etc and allow everyone to contribute
✨ Living room tent - good wet weather option so people can still socialise on the morning of the wedding (especially the guys as they take less time to get ready)
☕️ Hire for the Sunday morning for perfect coffee and pastries

Hey! It’s my birthday this weekend🎉

I’m seeing my pals and , going to for good food and dancing with my twin👯‍♀️and enjoying even more food at my favourite cafe - perfection ❤️ my 35th year has been a good one… though I’m super excited for 36🎂 as my eyes get more wrinkly I’m reminded of all the smiles and laughter I’ve had while celebrating love, making memories with my people and being creative and adventurous☀️ it is also a reminder to follow my heart, live my dreams and take risks… no one who ever gave their best regretted it🌸
