2 WILD and woody bouquets for today's lucky recipients! I love the way they look so tangled, as though they're swirling in the February wind as it whips through their branches!

No, I'm not especially fanciful, why do you ask? All the bouquets have personalities and attributes, every florist knows that!

Roses are stupid but kind and beautiful
Ranuncula are vain but madly chic
Hellebores are bashful
Hyacinths are brash and kinda basic
Tulips are temperamental like a diva
Foliage is friendly and supportive
Blossoming branches are lonely and aloof

The February collection is making me very happy this week! Lots to love at the auction currently - all the blossom, all the heavenly Spring flowers, interesting greenery and lots of delicious scent and texture!
I'm taking orders for the weekend, so don't forget to drop a few pointed hints to your Valentines to ensure they get in touch prior and order some proper appreciation for everything you do around here!

Jack Valentine-style doorstep gifts a speciality! Or why not ask about a build-your-own-bouquet design experience at our workshop in NR1? It's cute, it's original, it's personalised and it's yours for the asking on the date of your choice!

Nice lilacy lavendery scented vases of genista, mistral anemones and fluffy grass and other beauties heading out yest for Friday Flower Club! Love this scruffy, wild, tiny-flowered vibe for winter. Big blooms feel all wrong at the mo!

Hit us up if you want to find out more about FFC - we've got spaces for NR1, NR2 AND NR4 on our round, and availability for regular or one-off deliveries every other day. Prices will be going up soon - I've resisted it as long as I could - but if you join our flower gang before Valentine's day I'll hold the cost at 2021 prices (see below).

The world's going to hell in a handcart but Rebecca and I are always harbingers of good cheer! So if you know anyone who could do with shrugging off the doldrums with a recurrent vase of joy and a big smile on their doorstep, let us know. Prices from £25pw or £30 per fortnight. We also offer monthly deliveries or as-and-when.

Had such a fun time this morning with at the so-nice new bar and restaurant ☘️ ☘️ on Prince of Wales Rd! We were dressing this gorgeous arched window for their new taproom! You must ALL go and check it out immediately because it's so friendly and welcoming. And they have Irish music! And delicious roast dinners on Sundays! They've thought of everything :)
