Hello everyone, this page is created to give updates on how plans are going and to invite people to come and join to celebrate Corey's special day.
For one, I understand that we will be on watch for weather as we get closer to November, especially for you that would be travelling into town.
Two, I understand how much Corey adores his family with all his heart.
They key to planning this gathering is to join everyone for a joyful event, quality family time and to pop in hopefully for the weekend.
As of June 1st, I've been gathering ideas, reaching out to some family and collecting interest.
First, I'd reached out to the campground manager at Ksan to get good deals on campsites, as I know that our second bedroom wouldn't be able to house everyone (lol) as time goes on, I can gather numbers for how many sites to book, for how long you'd like and I can cover the cost.
The other option for family that's coming to town without campers or trailers, I will reach out to the owners at BV motel in New hazelton to see if I can get deals to book all their rooms there if needed.
As for food and drinks:
I'm hoping to use the BBQ's at the campground so we have food on the go.
I'm wanting to create a list of foods and dishes people like as well as what the birthday boy likes.
Drinks I'd provide will consist of water, pop and juices. Otherwise alcoholic beverages would be up to you, I would still have a stash to add into that as well.
My other thoughts to planning this weekend out is having the possibility of joining family and friends on an outing, via 4 wheeling and or hunting.
This could be for the Saturday after Corey's had the chance to catch up with everyone on his birthday day, that Friday.
Since I don't have all of Corey's family on my Facebook I'm hoping that anyone that's been added is willing to invite them to this page.

I'm hoping that everyone can make it to town on October 31st, to surprise him either that day, or the day after everyone's settled in.
