Hello everyone!
As most of you know but for those who don’t, Ninja and I are expecting our first baby this summer! This also means we won’t be doing a full summer season.
Our last weekend at St David’s Rugby Club will be June 7th/8th/9th.
We will then take some time off to welcome a new member to our family.

THE FACE BEHIND THE FOOD

Meet Ninja, short for Ninjutsu.
Born and raised in the coastal town of Unawatuna in the south of Sri Lanka.

Ninja is the second eldest to 5 siblings
who all still live in Unawatuna.

From building work to tuk tuk driving to bartending to eventually running a backpacker hostel. Ninja is man of many trades and talents.

December 2021, Ninja and his wife Erin made the decision to move back to Erin’s family farm in Pembrokeshire.
He’s definitely not shy to help round up escaped cows from the field or jump on the back of the potato harvester.

Missing the flavour of Sri Lankan spices, he started receiving monthly packages from his family to re-create his mum’s recipes.

After converting an old burger trailer into a orange curry making machine, he’s on a mission to introduce people to Sri Lankan food and culture.

If you don’t see him making curry he’s usually running the coast path, surfing, playing cricket for Llanrhian or working as a builder.

Ninja’s fun facts:
His father is a master of martial arts and wanted to name his son after the sport, hence the name Ninjutsu.
