Awesome moment this afternoon, when I was lucky to be able to help John propose to his girlfriend, Samantha, via Wheel-of-Fortune round! The pair are longtime LTwA participants, and Samantha both loves and excels at the Wheel round. John’s plan went off without a hitch: a stunned Sam solved it and said yes, and not only did she win John’s heart forevermore, but she got a ring and a belt, as well. Congratulations to them, and many thanks for including me in such a special moment ❤️❤️❤️

Well there we have it, folks: a diabolical event got us the separation we needed, and in the end Jenn, Graeme, and Don found themselves one point ahead of their next-closest competition, earning them the title of Lightning Trivia’s 2022 Team of the Year! Congratulations to them, and to all the other teams that competed tonight and throughout the rest of the year. Here’s to a great 2022, and on to the wonder that 2023 will bring ❤️❤️❤️

Folks, in a mind-boggling record smash, the previous LTwA live trivia high score of 86.5/100 has been eclipsed by Megan, Ronnie, et al tonight at Boatskeg in Pubnico. The new high score is an astounding 95.5/100, and is one that is likely to stand for a long time. Congrats to them and their team on this fantastic evening!
