Happy new years yall!! I am sending you guys my best energy on this new year all the way from Mexico. I am forever greatful for this community and also for the self growth that happened this year. Thank you for being part of it!! Tomorrow my husband will join me in Mexico for his first ever trip out of the country!

I am so so so incredibly grateful for the community I have built over the years, weather we met in highschool, a job, if you are part of the wedding community or if you allowed me the privilege of being your photographer. I am so thankful we met because we likely learned small lessons from each other that contributed to who we are now. 💝.

A few facts about me: I was born in Mexico and moved to the US when I was 10 years old and was part of the program for 20 years. I try my best to be an activist but it is often very heavy on my heart . I know that i am not alone in what I went though, and my goal is to eventually create a podcast/show where I have immigrants share their story, because I believe that empathy is the only thing that will make the world a better place. Literally! 😭
So I am now in a place where I am getting much needed rest and finally spending time with my family (after 20 years of not being able to do so) , but I am slowly working in the background on this bigger project. Soooooooooo that's a life update lol. But i know that rest is important and I am trusting in myself to do something for the greater good. I also was never a religious person at all, but once I left my corporate job, it has been essential for me to rely on my faith and my culture. I will be leaving to México next week and im excited to explore and experience more of my culture because there is a fire in me that gets reignited when I visit Mexico, cuz si se puede 🫡.
