As we wave goodbye to the antics of 2019 us in the elevator camp would like to say a big CHEERS to all who passed through and danced with us throughout the year. You're the ones that let us deliver the cosmic balearic business that we love so much from around the world to the ramshackle dancefloors of East London (that we admittedly love just as much) - and despite all the running around, endless promo, sleepless nights and perforated eardrums this is why we do it.
In particular would like to extend a big hug to our guests who have been kind enough to grace the lift with their amazing selections this year. Thanks to Leo Mas, Nancy Noise, Sean Johnston, Ray Mang, Pardonnez-nous, Pabels, Ric Piccolo, Romolo Disco, Poly-Ritmo, Sam Don, chris floris, Ikävä Pii, Running Hot, Manuel Darquart and Pinky Perzelle. From legends to underground we come together through music and a love of that moment when the smoke ascends and something goes whoosh - you are all masters at your craft, BIG UPS!
Next up Number 90 Presents Elevator East and an announcement on our 3rd birthday party, if you know then you know - this is one for the diary.
With love from the lift, and yr Elevator familia X

Elevator East x Pardonnez-Nous x Romolo Disco
A huge, huge thank you to everyone who turned up last Friday - it’s safe to say we're only just starting to recover from the weekend's antics. We were all immensely happy with how the party turned out, respect to all in attendance.
Big ups to our friends + collaborators Leo Mas, Ikävä Pii + Chris Floris for delivering the goods as always.
Stay tuned for plenty more exciting EE announcements over the coming weeks. 2019's just getting started.

Some of last nights antics with Camillo Blanco at @mundifestival. Scotch tape?
This week is exactly a year and a half since our very first party in the back room down on Hackney Road, so it seems fitting that today is the day we hit 500 likes on fb. It might not seem like much, but when we're competing with so many top-class parties here in London it means a lot that people are getting genuinely interested in what we're trying to push.
To those that have been there since the beginning, thanks for jamming with us. To those who have just joined the elevator, get ready for even bigger and better things as we move into 2019. Believe me, we're just warming things up
NEXT JAM: Elevator East Residents x White Post (Sat 25th August)
Here's a video of the moment when Pete Buckenham absolutely destroyed our dancefloor at 3am the other weekend. Enjoy 😁

Newen Afrobeat @ Elevator Afro Club
Elevator Afro Club 001: Big love to the incredible London Afrobeat Collective and our compadres at Newen Afrobeat for bringing the vibes on our launch night. It got sweaty down in the basement at Kamio and we can't wait to do it all over again. Another huge thank you to the party people who came and got their groove on this sunny bank holiday - we hope to see you again.
We're keeping the fire burning - stay tuned for more funk, jazz and disco vibes by way of some stellar international acts, from the globe to your doorstep.
