The Taunton Cider Co. Brand

This page is and always has been the personal property of Jonathan Dunne. I am and always have been the owner of the “Taunton Cider” trademark and related domain names. Former customers will be aware that The Taunton Cider Company Limited was placed into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation in May last year. This was at the instigation of Andrew Turczyniak who is the main shareholder of Heritage Cider Limited (see https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/14575427/persons-with-significant-control ). You may have read recently in The Daily Telegraph that I am currently disputing many aspects of the CVL. That process is ongoing and due to the restrictions imposed on me by that process, there is little I can say here for now. All I do want to say is that I am very sorry to the many suppliers who have been impacted by the CVL, many of whom loyally supported me on the journey to re-establish the Taunton Cider brand.

Further updates will follow in due course. All comments on this page are issued in my personal capacity and not on behalf of The Taunton Cider Company Limited which remains under the sole control of its liquidator.
