Taking the time off to do some creating in the kitchen! Made my own version of Spam Musubi with Mac Salad….and OMGoodness ITS GOOD!! I made the traditional Mac Salad (Hawaiian style) nothing fancy just quality ingredients and added to my signature Spam Musubi! About 8oz of deliciousness!! It’s definitely a portable meal!! Added this Musubi to the menu! Who wants to try it??

For the non-Spam , meatless lovers! I have this for ya! Tofu Musubi! Firm tofu fried in a sweet soy glaze, sandwiched in between rice blocks. Wow this is good!! I am thinking I should go thicker on the tofu slices. What ya think? Wanna try?
