With our assistance, your day will be planned to perfection to make the first day of the next chapter of your lives your dream day! We listen to the needs of

each couple and tailor our service to match their desire. Our services include recommendation of venues and referral of services such as florists, decorators, hairstylists, wardrobe designers and stylists etc, budget development and maintenance, timelines, style, theme and vision of your special day, Q&A regarding ceremony or reception planning, accommodation arrangements, contact sheet creation, supervision and assistance of ceremony setup, supervision and assistance of reception hall setup, and officiating.

When she’s not skiing down the slopes, playing hockey, or working out with friends, you’ll find her jet-setting to new destinations with her husband and family ✈️❄️🏒. Oh, and she’s also a sucker for a good book club night 📚 and a big ol’ belly laugh—because all things joyful are her jam!

Hannah’s positive energy is seriously contagious, and she’s the organizational queen you didn’t know you needed 👑✨. She’s here to handle all the details, so you can relax, be in the moment, and soak in every unforgettable second of your big day.

Heads Up: Don’t be surprised if you catch her tearing up during your vows—because seeing your wedding vision come to life fills her heart to the brim. ❤️😭

We have an ‘Ace’ up our sleeve!♦️

We are thrilled to welcome Ace to the Maeck Weddings family🥰

This lady knows how to keep things purr-fectly organized 🐾 (after all, she’s got a full house at home with two cats, a dog, and her newest additions, the twins!). She’s a Tim Hortons steeped tea enthusiast (and single-handedly keeping them in business ☕) and has been orchestrating corporate and social events including weddings since 2015.

TRUST US - there’s NOTHING this 5 foot fire cracker can’t handle🧨

She’s exactly what you’d hope to find for your wedding day: organized, energetic, hilarious (with just the right amount of sass) and someone who you’ll come to love right away.

Mary Poppins, Fairy God-Mother, “the big sister I’ve always wanted”… the list of Katy’s nicknames from her brides goes on!

There IS something about Katy that’s for sure! Katy has been with Maeck Weddings since the 2022 season but her experience with weddings started as a teenager! 🤯

A few things to know about Katy!
🌸 She likes to make friends everywhere she goes (and if you’re not friends with her yet, the second you meet her you will be)
🌸 She is obsessed with hosting picnics & fresh blooms especially if they are tied in brown paper packages!
🌸 She loves writing hand written letters on the prettiest stationary!
🌸 She has recently stepped into a secondary role of Social Media/Content Manager for Maeck Weddings Planning during our busy season so stay tuned for some awesome updated content!

Luke swung open the door to his bride Jessica looking like an absolute vision in white and gasped. There she was standing at the alter looking like absolutely perfection! Oh be still his madly beating heart!

These two are on the cover of hundreds of Harlequin romance novels that it was only fitting that Luke proposed to his leading lady while they were at a cover shoot! Amazing!

These photos are a 10 however the two people in them are a 20! Emily and Richard, from our first call I felt the click and was so excited to be the one to walk you through planning your big day! 🤩

Raising two young boys has given her the stamina she needs to keep up with whatever your wedding day may throw at her.

Steph and I (Michelle) have been planning and coordinating weddings together since 2011, and she has been an integral member of the Maeck Weddings Planning Team, bringing a much needed sense of calmness to everything she does.

Since joining us full time in 2020, she’s worked alongside 100’s hundreds of amazing couples, helping them celebrate their biggest day stress free, while laughing the entire time.

In 2012, two best friends decided to embark on a journey into the wedding industry and since that crazy decision, have been a part of thousands of weddings since. Honestly it sounds crazy to say “thousands” but, well, it’s true!😳

First and foremost we would like to thank caffeine. Without you, this would not have been at all possible. You’re the real MVP🏆

Here’s a bit more about us⤵️

Meet Michelle - A wedding planner, mother, puppy owner, and Blake Lively superfan who loves to travel, preferably by airplane with Jeff, daughter Quinn, a glass of wine, a stellar pair of shoes and a great book. She once met Valentino in a Christian Louboutin on Madison Ave in NYC and since knew that her ❤️ belonged in the City!

Jeff - A licensed wedding officiant in Ontario (and most of the US) and charity founder with a mild obsession with coffee and Red Bull. Always looking for the funny in every situation, you’ll most likely find him quoting Arrested Development and Superbad a bit too often, working out (sometimes only to justify eating Pop-Tarts immediately after) or spending time playing salon and getting a makeover by sweet Quinn.

If you are looking to plan a ridiculously incredible and stress free wedding while having some laughs along the way, reach out and say hi!👋
