A blurry photo from a blurry time 😝 Back in 2001 I arrived in Ibiza after visiting the year before and to launch a brand new weekly all female DJ event at Club Summum. We were lucky enough to have big island support behind us and these nights would never have happened without that and the people that believed we could carry this. I’ll never forget walking up the bay and seeing our photos everywhere - it was kinda crazy considering we’d never done a season before here. Fast forward 25 years and the rest as they say is history. So much has happened on this crazy island since those early days but here I am about to embark on my 25th season here and am lucky enough to still be on the lineups that shaped all these years as well as play alongside those who supported me throughout. Charlys Angelz will always always have a special place in my heart- it’s what gave me a home here. All these events also that I’ll play this year and the people behind them also will always mean the world to me. I’ve got loads to share from my 25 year journey but thought I’d start with this one since I’m still a teeny bit proud I had a photo on a bus stop 🤣 onwards and upwards Rodney - Charlys Angels ahoy ;-)) see you for summer 2025 xx

Sitting here in Barcelona getting ready to travel to the UK for tonight’s gig and reflecting on what has been a game changing year in so many ways. A few years ago and even after all these years of working in music I really never imagined that I’d still be lucky enough to be posting about playing yet another new year gig let alone all the things I’ve experienced this past year. I truly feel so so lucky to still be literally living my dream in electronic music and this year saw another summer residency in Ibiza as well as festival plays and now I’m rounding it off with my Hindsight New Years Eve - 25 Year Celebrations family. 2025 is also going to be my 25th year in Ibiza and I cannot wait to get cracking. I wrote the below poem last new year and am still very proud of that too since it reflects the 5 years previous which were truly the most difficult of my life and whilst also putting hope and faith into the future that things were gonna get better. To all my family and friends I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your love and support through the toughest times as well as having me on board in your journey’s especially all those at One More Time Ibiza and Made Artists. and also to anyone who has supported my music along the way. Also to say how proud I am of my hubby and all the things he too has changed and achieved this past year as well as coping with my midlife tantrums 🤣 what an honour too to work with a multitude of amazing and talented writers, artists and colleagues at truelove - I salute each and every one of you and thank you for your continued faith in me to work with your music. And to all those facing struggles or having tough times I’m thinking of you and wishing you love and strength for 2025. There is always hope and faith in your dreams. See you tonight south west raving crew and Happy New Year to everyone xx

So as the clock chimed midnight in

For whilst there’s still steep hills to climb
It was again time to remind
That though the clocks you can’t rewind
The journey teaches to be kind
To service life with gratitude
To think of others in all you do
And so her wish for ‘24
As the new year knocked upon her door
Was for all acquaintances old and new
To help please make their dreams come true.

As we go into the weekend my eyes and ears are set firmly already on New Years Eve where I’m joining the Hindsight New Years Eve - 25 Year Celebrations with the CrashThe90s family for a night of classics to bring in 2025 with so many rave friends. They are celebrating 25 years of events and 2025 also brings my 25th year of DJing in Ibiza. Celebrations all round!! Can’t wait - see you there 🎉🎉🎉🎉

I came across this photo a few days ago when I was sorting through some boxes. It was taken on a Smirnoff tour in India around 20 years ago. I used to be a regular headliner on these tours and would often play in Goa, Mumbai and Bangalore carting my boxes of vinyl along the way.

Those days and the music we played in the early noughties were totally unforgettable and I’m so happy to have these memories (and I still also have all the vinyl!!!). I’m also honoured to be asked back to reunions whereby the vibe and the music are relived.

I’ve got a few reunions already lined up for 2025 starting with a lineup alongside many of my friends from that era this New Years Eve. Literally can’t wait to bring some of those tunes to the west country decks - indeed it’s back to where it all started for me all those years ago in the 90s.

Look forward to seeing the Hindsight - The 25th Anniversary crew who have also supported me on my incredible journey. It’s 25 year anniversaries for many of us next year - let’s get it off with a bang!! See you there 🎉🎉🎉 Tix link in comments x.

Calling all Ibiza Trancers and Dancers! Hope you are having an amazing summer so far 🎉🎉 Ahead of my midsummer gig at One More Time Ibiza Eden Ibiza (Official Fan Page) tonight I’ve done a little interview about my 24 years in Ibiza and all things Devine / trance during my time on this little island. It’s already been ten whole days since we did the closing party of the early season One More Time Ibiza events at Eden Ibiza (Official Fan Page) I’m missing my Thursdays so much already - so much so that I thought I’d do a little recap video of some of my fave videos and photos from throughout those 8 weeks (you can see what kept me busy this weekend haha) I just wanted to say again a huge thank you to everyone that came down and supported us in May and June, to all those who took these videos and photos so that I could piece them together (it’s not pro and a little long I know but it hopefully does the job 🤣) and to all who sent messages, comments and shared the love throughout those weeks. I was actually pretty emotional at the closing party which was also my birthday and that’s because I still can’t quite believe that after 24 years on the island I still get to do this and to both play and share my favourite music alongside so many legends that have always and continue to inspire me and of course with you.

But it doesn’t end there - I’ve a few things planned not least the next One More Time on August 15th where I join SASH and Dale Castell for some more classic / anthem fun!! Tuesday was my birthday but tonight is the parrrtttyyyyyy ;-)) it’s bitter sweet since this is also the closing of as we reach the end of the May / June run for 2024. We’ve had an absolute blast - every week has been amazing and I have been lucky enough not only to catch up with long time industry friends and icons but also to do a few “Vicky Devine invites” so that a couple of my “fellow DJ’s” from throughout the years could join in the fun for some b2b classic vibes. Tonight will be no different as in addition to Ibiza legends Dave Pearce and we are also welcoming Mambo resident and all round amazing DJ to the decks so we can close out June in full on classic style with the DJ’s who have been playing the tunes for the past 25 years here. It’s Thhhurrrssdaaayyy!! Time to rave again at One More Time Ibiza Last week was the absolute 💣 Taking over the decks from Paul Oakenfold will always feel surreal to me when I spent so many years dreaming of those moments. Playing B2B with my ole Judgement buddy Paul Webster was also special. Tonight I get to join another couple of legends as Eden Ibiza (Official Fan Page) welcomes the don that is DJ Tall Paul and my long time friend and “fellow DJ” Tristan Ingram Both absolutely always smash it and are not to be missed. Can’t wait to dance to another night of classics with these two maestros and I get to close the place out for the penultimate pre main season Let’s goooooo 🎉🎉🎉🎉

This time 24 years ago I was enjoying my very first week ever in Ibiza. Visiting all the clubs for the first time like we all do when we first get to the island and having a dream that one day I’d get to play in one of them or on one of those iconic lineups and / or maybe be a resident. Those days seem like only yesterday but when I think of all that’s happened in between it’s mind boggling. People think as you get older that whilst your focus and responsibilities change that maybe your passion wanes. I can vouch for the fact it really doesn’t - I love electronic music as much now as I did back then and there is never a day I don’t think how lucky I am to still be involved in this industry and still play music / experience the events that I came here for all those years ago.

Tonight I’m back on a lineup with Paul Oakenfold and playing alongside another two Ibiza friends and legends Jason Bye and Paul Webster. It’s Thursday and there’s only one place to be for all things classic house and trance tonight. Today also marks exactly 24 years since I arrived into Ibiza for the very first time. What an insane journey it’s been. I honestly still have to pinch myself when I realise that not only is this island my home but that I’m also still playing music that I love in the first club I ever stepped foot into on the island all those years ago. I wonder what that girl would say if I could go back and tell her all that’s happened since that day ….. the dayI fell in love with Ibiza 😉 Dreams come true. I mean this was a tough one. In the past 24 years I’ve literally done hundreds of closing sets at Eden Ibiza (Official Fan Page) and with thousands of tunes to choose from. So to pick just one track to close the night out is a tall order indeed 🤣 I could have chosen an older track but I chose this one because I have indeed closed with it so many times and to me and many others it’s beautiful trance classic (and has been voted as one of the best of all time). It’s hard to believe it’s almost twenty years old. I did choose also another 5 tracks which also feature in this playlist - there are just so many that I love to the core and that feature in my sets at One More Time Ibiza. Tell me the ones you love to hear and see you tonight for the third installment of classic madness summer 24!!! Thankyou also to Ibiza Spotlight for this feature ;-))

Last weeks opening One More Time Ibiza at Eden Ibiza (Official Fan Page) was nothing short of epic. These photos bring a little tear to my eye in all honesty. I don’t ever take for granted that after 24 years on this island that I still get to play music that I love so much in the club that was the first I ever went to when I arrived to Ibiza in 2000. I’ve had an insane journey on this island - only 5 years ago I was going through the toughest time of my life and so if somebody had told me I’d be still doing some of the things I’m doing now I’d have never believed them. Music has literally saved me and so have the people who continue to support me and this scene.

Bit of a deep post but only to say Thankyou to those that came last week and are continuing to support us all here at One More Time. As we go into week 2 needless to say I hope to see more of your faces and of course thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing our love of trance and house classics. We are the only place to hear those nineties and noughties tunes we all love so much played by those who originally played them throughout the years.

It’s Trance Tuesday and the sun is back out here in the balearics so time to get the decks on and the records out ☀️🎉 Am proud to be “that trance girl from Ibiza” after all these years and happy to still be able to share the anthems with you. I’ve been Ibiza Trance family since day one and am about to embark on my 24th season playing on the island with the opening of just over one week away and where I’ll be playing weekly thru May and June. But first I’m heading to the UK and bringing with me all those Ibiza choons we know and love and I can’t wait to join all these lineups for a big bonanza bank holiday weekend for my sets at The Flourmill in Blackwood (Wales) this Friday , in Exeter on Saturday and rejoining the Judgement family at this Sunday. So excited to see all your faces and hoping some of you will get to join us also back on the island this summer. Biggest and happiest of birthdays to the absolute godfather of rave and someone am honoured to call a long time friend - the one and only Slipmatt I met this guy back in 1992 at a little club in Chippenham called Goldiggers where I used to go each and every Friday and it’s where I cut my teeth (literally) in the rave scene. From day one he was a DJ I admired and as I went on to work in different facets of the scene from magazine reviewing to “dancing on stages” (something he regularly reminds me of) he was always a total inspiration and someone who I looked to alot when I eventually got my own set of decks. His mixing and knowledge of music is up there with the best of the best and he’s literally one of the nicest people you could meet in this industry who still has the most enviable schedule as well as supporting everyone he’s met along the way both on and off the dance floor. It’s really still very humbling for me to be included on his yearly Slip Back In Time lineups and I can’t wait to join them in just a few weeks time back here in Ibiza. We’ve had so many laughs along the way hey Matt … not arf!! Have the best day - and yes you are welcome for the photo which I took in 2000 in Ibiza on one of those crazy nights 🤣🤣 Happy Birthday Matt - and to anyone who hasn’t yet signed up to the Ibiza old school week here’s the lineup - still time to book that last minute getaway 🎉🎉🎉🎉
