Our clients, Morgan & Scot, met at a golf course in Scottsdale, so we had to design a custom “Let’s Par-Tee” seating chart for their Arizona wedding, featuring Prov 1 golf balls with the golf course logo where they met, adorned with little golf flag tees displaying each guest’s name and table assignment. The golf balls then served as little favors for each guest⛳️.

Married on the mountaintops of Telluride, Colorado, meet The Coughlins! These two are as beautiful inside as they are out. This week of wedding events was a perfect celebration of the remarkable love these two share with each other, their family, & friends.

Some of our favorite details we planned & designed for this mountainside destination wedding:

✨”The Coughlins Dream Team” seating chart. Since the bride is a pro volleyball player & the groom is a pro football player, we had little volleyballs & footballs with guests names on them to look like autographs with jersey numbers that served as their table assignment.

✨”I love you to the mountains & back” welcome sign to the ceremony

✨Guests were greeted upon arrival to the ceremony with a glass a bubbly adorned with “the Coughlins”

✨Since our groom loves ci**rs, we flew in our favorite cigar roller from Miami who produced a variety of fresh ci**rs with the couple’s logo on the band for guests to enjoy at the outdoor cigar lounge.

✨Live artist painting a scene from the wedding ceremony for the couple as a keepsake

✨Custom card deck guest book. Since the bride & groom love to play cards together, we had a deck made with their invitation artwork & “The Coughlins” for guest to sign each card to act as their guest book, every time they use the deck, they’ll see their sweet messages.

✨”Eat Like You Mean It” menus with guests names at the top to serve as both menu & place card

✨”this one’s on me” cocktail napkins from the couple’s sweet pup Cappuccino

✨Cowboy hats for the bartenders to wear to go with the western vibe of Colorado

That 70s Event! Swipe through/read on for some favorite details I planned & designed for my dear clients, Lynn & John’s event this past Saturday (planned in 2 months🤯)!⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🪩Lynn & John both had a hellacious couple years of life threatening circumstances they fought viciously through. This is why we chose the theme “Stayin Alive”, & went all in on 70s disco inferno to celebrate them making it to the other side. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🪩Guests were greeted by disco dancing characters & a “Stayin Alive” disco ball welcome cocktail. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🪩Lakeside tent with an entrance adorned with hundreds of balloons, 16 foot STAYIN ALIVE structure, disco balls, & flowers all from our 70s color palette we designed for this event. Tent ceiling made of disco balls, 70s inspired flower chains & florals. ⁣⁣

We only had 2 months to plan due to unfortunate circumstances our clients were facing. I desperately wanted to give them a day filled with love & happy moments filled with their favorite people that supported them through all they’ve been through. I can’t thank this team of vendors enough for showing up for us to make this happen. 2 months to plan an event like this is near impossible.
