I just came across these photos I did at the beginning of the Covid lockdown downs. Here in Sydney we weren’t allowed to go further than 5 kilometres from our homes so I did these portraits of my neighbour Ivy in our front yard. I’ve reworked them and really like this look.

I am a small business, being just me… a Sole Trader. If you like to work with and support local business, a great way to do so is to recommend that business to friends.

This session with Jane and Steve Walls was a blast. Jane said she was not photographic but I disagree. She had a great time with our shoot and these images show them both as the professionals they are. At the same time- approachable and authentic.

The beginning of a new year is a great time to update your family photos.

The weather is warm, the kids are still on holidays and you’ve probably been thinking you should do family photos for a couple of years now.

How much time has gone by since then? How much older are the kids? Is there a new addition to your family?

Now is the time.

You’ll look at your photos in the decades to come and be transported back to that time and give your kids insight into what family meant to you.

The last family session of 2023. A belated Happy New Year to you all. And an enormous and heart felt thank you to all who have supported me and my photography business.

Last Sunday’s afternoon shoot.

This is Nicole’s family. Anders, who is two, was not feeling it, but this family played it smart and just went with the flow.

As there was no drama and a great sense of fun anyway, I think we got fab photos that really show the connection between everyone in this family. That’s what I’m always going for. Authenticity over perfection!

Little love! Angela had booked a family shoot about a year ago but then rescheduled as Zoe was on the way.

And here she is with Daddy and big brother Alex.

In the comfort of their own home on a Sunday morning, these At Home sessions are super relaxed and no special plans need to be made.

That’s how we roll and look at the results. 🙂☺️

This is Pru’s family. It’s the second time we’ve done a family session and we were all really looking forward to it.
In these sessions I’m aiming to show the connection between family members and the love.
Always done with a eye for the in between moments, never going for perfection or cliches.
It’s about authenticity. I want you to be wowed by that when you see your photos.
