Take the stress out of Christmas and let me take care of your Christmas Dinner. This is my third year catering Christmas and I have many repeat customers already looking for their 3rd year before I've even advertised... just saying!!

'The Whole Lot' €35 per person
Turkey, Ham, Stuffing, Mash, Roast Potatoes, Roast Vegetables, Braised Red Cabbage, Sprouts with Dates, Gravy and Cranberry Sauce.

'Just the Trimmings' €28 per person
Stuffing, Mash, Roast Potatoes, Roast Vegetables, Braised Red Cabbage, Sprouts with Dates, Gravy and Cranberry Sauce.

Due to demand it may not be possible to have all food fresh and so some of the vegetable elements may be frozen. Reheating instructions provided.

Your food will be ready to reheat in foil trays to take the hassle out of your day. All cooked with the love and attention that goes into my own Christmas Dinner, Promise!

Throw back to this time last week! Only recovering now from the epic 3 day catering for the lovely group that was doing their bold and brazen workshop at two amazing locations in the hidden Cork countryside.

Thanks for being such a great bunch of people to feed and thanks for the craic!

Big thanks to Emma, Caleb, and Claire and especially to my two sidekick stooges Julia and Natalie, you guys are the best.

A Catered Christmas by Gally's Kitchen returns again this year due to all the requests I have received already! Thanks for all the compliments and recommendations from all of you who signed up for last year's dinner.

Ive added a vegan/vegetarian centrepiece in the form of a Vegetable Wellington. Please order early as supply is limited.

Ive also added a Christmas version of my biscuit cake with some festive flavours like Cranberry, Orange and Walnut added to it. Again order early if possible.

Numbers are limited so get in early and don't be disappointed like a few unlucky folks last year!

Collection is from my kitchen unit on 23/24 Dec times TBC, I will do my best to accommodate everyone. Address on poster.

I may also do a collection later on in Innishannon on Christmas Eve as that's where Im based, so anyone traveling in from West Cork please let me know and we can arrange something.

Can't beat freshly picked leaves on the breakfast
Really peppery rocket and oriental greens, and the polytunnel is a great peaceful place to eat too.
Should be able to work some of these lovelies onto the menu over the next few weeks

Definitely weather for some falafel and chickpea burgers but have the usual beef burritos, chicken fajitas and cajun potatoes too.

I treated myself to a new gazebo roof, the old one owed me nothing as they say.

Why not treat yourself to some lunch or early dinner. Weather is four seasons at the moment, mostly Winter but don't worry about queing in the rain..

Chickpea Burger production line in progress ready for the weekend

Lot of the time people see the sign and order a 'chicken' burger, very similar spelling but I reckon the chickpea burgers are way better than any chicken burger, that's why it's been a firm favorite on the menu for 5 years now.

Served with hummus, shredded salad, salsa, jalapeno poppers, mixed leaves, all in a toasted bun.

This time last year our Paddy's day market was cancelled, this year it's a lot different but at least I can set up in some way

The Nachos are back on the menu and also just for the day that's in it I'll be doing..

O Flynns Gourmet Sausage in a bun with onions and peppers, ketchup/ mustard / mayo

Nachos for the weekend!

Little addition for this Fri and Sat at Barretts Innishannon serving from 12-5
Might become a regular option if its in demand.

Mexican spiced Beef
on a bed of crunchy nacho chips,
cheese, salsa, garlic mayo
and some optional toppings like jalapeno peppers, spring onion, and salsa verde.

I will do a vegetarian option of these too!

Come down and try some, will have all the regular burritos, fajitas, falafel, cajun potatoes and chickpea burgers.

Hoping for a sunny one while preparing to trade tomorrow Friday at Barrett's Bar courtyard, Innishannon from around 11 to 6pm.

Tues was cancelled in Wilton due to weather so hopefully tomorrow will be better. Excited to see how this one goes.

Living in Innishannon myself I never thought I would be trading here, I can actually go home on my break!

Thanks to Siobhan for laying the groundwork serving great coffee and cake out of her funky food truck the last few months, hopefully I can add to the offering providing a safe space for people to grab a coffee and a burrito and take a break from the madness of the world right now.

For all my regular customers hope to see you there and for the ones I've yet to meet I'm looking forward to meeting and serving you
