When Amy and Sarah got to cook and look after Monica Galletti who is now ambassador for Scottish seafood! Adam, Natasha and the rest of the crew from seafood from scotland. We are very passionate about only using very local suppliers so being able to talk to Monica about the struggles and joys of being able to get local fish was important to us all. We only use the freshest line caught/ hand dived/ creel caught Scottish fish at stocks events no matter how large or small your event may be.

Wow what a crazy past few months we’ve had and still lots more fantastic weddings to come! It’s been absolutely incredible being part of celebrations and experience family & friends coming together for the first time in what feels like forever 💕 and also to see and work with such fantastic venues & suppliers, all working so hard together to do our bit and make sure weddings & events are back for good 💪🏼

What an absolute honour to be asked to cook for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on their tour of Scotland! It was such a joy to chat to the Duke and Duchess about how fantastic our local produce is here in Scotland and showcase the best of Scottish langoustines and crab which we prepared for them to taste. Certainly a day to remember and thank you again to all involved!

We did a wedding! 🎉 how amazing to be kicking off the season with the wedding of Ruth & Jack at Wedderburn Barns 🥂the sun shone and the barns were lit up with candlelight all evening as R&J celebrated with their closest family and friends.
