A lively and thoroughly enjoyable show by the Sir-Reel Clarks took place at Square Deal in Huntly last Saturday evening. A "Tin Hut On The Toon" presentation, it was enjoyed by a near capacity audience. The winner of the draw for the book Ocean, signed by the author David Attenborough was Lynn Bradley of Gartly. We would like to thank everyone who took part in helping to raise funds for Shelter Friends Ukraine by buying a lucky number.

I am sure everyone at the Tin Hut this evening would like to thank Santa for taking a short break from his busy schedule and coming along to help with the "switch on" of the Christmas lights. Luckily he brought along some sweeties to share with all the children that were there. He also helped with the Christmas carols,
"who knew that Santa could play a guitar!" Special thanks to Mrs Claus for sending us this picture.

Our last show of 2025 is a "Tin Hut On The Toon" presentation with the Sir-Reel Clarks, featuring Aaron Clark fresh from his recent appearance with Tim Edey at the Tin Hut. The show will take place at Square Deal, Huntly on Saturday December 6th at 7.30pm (doors open 7pm). There are limited tickets available for this show due to the small intimate nature of the venue. Supper is included in the ticket price. There will be a raffle and BYOB. Tickets are £12 each, available from Orb Bookshop, (Cash only), [email protected] or tel. 01466 720234. A fabulous night at the Tin Hut with Tim Edey, shown when he was joined on stage by local musician Aaron Clark of the Sir-Reel Clarks. Tim is also shown accompanying Brodrick The Tin Hut Bear in a short tune after the show. We would like to thank everyone who helped and the audience who came along on what was a challenging, cold, icy evening. The reward was an outstanding, lively show of excellent musicanship!

After their hugely successful previous show at Square Deal earlier this year (which sold out very quickly), we are bringing the Sir-Reel Clarks back by popular request. Due to restricted seating capacity, early booking is advisable. This local band is full of energy and fun and we look forward to presenting them once again in Huntly.
