Introducing Marcus, your new Q&A host for Carlisle Comic Con 2025!

We asked Marcus to casually introduce himself below 😁❤️

"I'm your new favourite hype-human who's basically a walking, talking explosion of energy and passion! I've got the mic skills of a seasoned pro, having hosted the "Spill It UK" podcast where I've chatted with everyone from celebs to everyday heroes.
Now, I'm teaming up with the awesome team at Wonky Rocket Events to bring you the comic con experience of a lifetime, after Blackburn Comic Con & Preston Comic Con I'm heading to Carlisle to bring the fun and energy!"

We are excited to announce that the amazingly talented Mike Quinn will be joining us at Carlisle Comic Con 2025!

Mike Quinn famously known for his role as Nien Nunb, Lando Calrissian's co-pilot for the Millennium Falcon in Star Wars - Return Of The Jedi and the final Star Wars Trilogy.

Recently, Mike worked on Beetlejuice Beetlejuice on the "shrunken head guys" (shrinkers) working their heads and faces as well as Bob’s face for his final scene with Monica Bellucci, Beetlejuice's soul sucking ex-wife!

His skills also bought to life the Anaconda mouth and skeleton jaw in the hallways, Beetlejuice’s jaw when his eyes pop out of his head, Dead Santa’s eyes in the waiting room when Delia Deetz is sat next to him and Bob’s head and face for all the promo work online.

Over the years Mike has been involved with many known franchises such as The Muppets, Kidding, Willow and Dark Crystal to name but a few.

We are excited to welcome Brian Wheeler to Preston Comic Con 2024!

Brian is best known for his roles in Star Wars Episode VI - Return of the Jedi where he portrayed both an Ewok and Jawa.

Brian's also starred as characters throughout the Harry Potter franchise as well as working on well known titles such as The NeverEnding Story, The Phantom of the Opera (2004) and Life's too Short starring Warwick Davis to name but a few.
