and finally, a new mix to share.

i had the opportunity to put together some music for the wonderful Amber Long this week (link in first comment below)

amber is a fantastic progressive/organic house producer, vocalist, DJ, label-owner and all-around lovely human from toronto who started the LIA series to showcase and uplift women DJs/producers from around the world. make sure to visit her SC for tons of great music. ✨

i’m not a progressive DJ, but amber gave me carte blanche to “do whatever you want and whatever you like - zero rules”. as someone who compulsively collects a LOT of music, i took the opportunity to scour for some special stuff that wouldn’t normally find its way into my sets.

the result is sort of an emo, polyrhythmic, bass-heavy smear that ended up feeling really personal. similar to music for bathtubs. mixes, it covers a lot of non-dance floor ground.

big thanks again to amber for your trust, and hope you enjoy the ride. ❤️✨
