Food Development time....My new kataifi tiropita with feta and ricotta. These delicious Greek-inspired delights are a variation of the classic tiropita a Greek cheese pie traditionally made with filo pastry. These were definitely a crowd pleaser drizzled with homemade hot honey😍

2024 was a mixture for me with a lesson learnt. But remember when one door closes you will be amazed when you turn around and move forward how many doors have opened for you.

Wow that was a challenge....3 events in a row but we'll worth it. Thank you for all the lovely people who came out in the rain yesterday to the Hemel Hempstead Old Town Market it was such a shame that the weather was so wet and miserable. So thank you for coming along and supporting small businesses ❤️. Here a few photos of yesterday's line up. Best seller this week was my Dubai chocolate inspired triple chocolate cookie pie, followed very closely by the triple chocolate snickers and white chocolate cookie pie.

So we are getting ready for this Friday!!! ARE YOU GOING?

We will have Father Christmas at Abundant Life Community Centre which is free admission and a free gift
Abundant Life will have Tea, Coffee and Hot Chocolate for you all to purchase plus there is a stall that has popcorn & Candyfloss to buy too

Outside near Hops & Apples Ltd will be our usual branded gazebo serving Mulled Wine for you to buy and alongside our food for the evening ByGillaki who has Artisan Hand made Hot Dog Pies with a twist plus brownies on stick and her famous cookie pies and much more for you all to buy

Plus a stall selling raffle tickets- a Tombola with prizes to win on the night and other things to tempt you all all donated by our local community

There may more more stalls to be announced....

The whole event starts at 4.30pm and the official light switch on by The Mayor of Dacorum is now 6.30pm- slight change

You will see The Salvation Army in Hemel Hempstead around as we are raising money for The Homeless Christmas Dinners this year. We will be selling Raffle Tickets for 3 good prizes and even includes 24 Advent Beer/Cider Calendar plus prizes donated by the local shops at The Heights

We are trying to raise at least £500 or more this year as a community

All we ask is if you can share with friends and family and support this event as we are about community and was really amazing last year so want to do it all again but we need you to support this little small event x
